Message frequency varies based on your service appointments and interactions. For appointment-related messages, you may receive up to 4 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, dispatch notification, and follow-up).
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. These fees are charged by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by Viking Appliance Repair Service. Contact your carrier for details about your plan’s messaging rates.
5. How to Opt Out

7. Supported Carriers

9. Changes to Mobile Terms
