These Mobile Terms of Use (“Mobile Terms”) govern your use of text messaging (SMS/MMS) services provided by Viking Appliance Repair Service (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

1. SMS/MMS Service Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Viking Appliance Repair Service regarding:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Technician dispatch and arrival notifications
  • Service updates and follow-up communications
  • Promotional offers (only if you separately opt in to marketing messages)

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your phone number through our appointment scheduling form or by texting a designated keyword to our shortcode. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have permission from the account holder to receive messages on that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service appointments and interactions. For appointment-related messages, you may receive up to 4 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, dispatch notification, and follow-up).

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These fees are charged by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by Viking Appliance Repair Service. Contact your carrier for details about your plan’s messaging rates.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may also opt out by contacting us at [email protected].

For assistance, reply HELP to any text message or contact us at [email protected].

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Coverage may not be available in all areas. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your mobile number will not be sold, shared, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your personal information.

9. Changes to Mobile Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or by posting the updated terms on our website.
